Client Care Coordinator Job Description

Job Duties:
- Provide warm, ethical, and informative first contact with clients
- Answer incoming calls, respond to all voicemails, and emails in a timely manner.
- Schedule/cancel appointments
- Update and verify insurance and communicate insurance benefits to clients.
- Manage referral log and rolling wait list
- Provide emergency referral if clinician is not available
- Process client payments for copay, coinsurance, and deductibles
- Provide clients with superbills to submit OON claims
- Scan Documents containing PHI into EHR software. Label & file properly.
- Assist clinicians as needed.
- Work on other assigned tasks
- Accurate data entry skills
The Client Care Coordinator is the face of the practice. We are looking for someone with the following skills:
- Passionate and engaging personality; comfortable being at the front desk and greeting clients
- Flexibility to take on other assigned tasks
- Strong attention to detail
- Technologically proficient including Google Suite
- Self-motivated as well as possessing strong time management and organizational skills
- Effective communication skills to interact with coworkers and clients
- Ability to multi-task, work independently and within a team, prioritize assignments, and meet deadlines
- Experience in a medical or therapy office
- Knowledge of HIPAA preferred but not required
- Timeliness is a must.
Education:
High School diploma or equivalent required.
Associate's degree strongly preferred.

Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour
Experience:
