The W Assisted Living Management Company is hiring Medication Aides who are energetic, compassionate, and ready to make a real difference in residents' lives.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Distribute medications accurately and on schedule
Support residents with patience, kindness, and dignity in their daily care
Maintain regular communication with pharmacy, families, residents, and management staff
Keep accurate, properly documented records of all medication distribution
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:
Previous experience administering or distributing medication required
Familiarity with assisted living policies and procedures
Strong ability to follow directions and protocol after training
Knowledge of ALIS is a plus, not required
