Columbia Orthopaedic Group (COG) invites you to consider a unique opportunity in our state-of-the-art imaging center. We’re seeking an experienced and confident Sedation Nurse to join our dedicated team on a PRN basis—specifically for Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
This role is perfect for a sharp, compassionate RN who enjoys working independently in a collaborative clinical environment, ensuring patients feel safe, seen, and supported.

Deliver moderate sedation under the direction of an interventional radiologist for outpatient procedures including embolizations, kyphoplasty and vascular interventions

Monitor vital signs and patient response throughout the procedure

Use your critical thinking skills to respond quickly and effectively to changes in patient condition

Ensure continuity of care from pre-op through recovery, maintaining high standards of safety and comfort

Active RN license in the state of Missouri (in good standing)

ACLS certification required

Minimum of two years of hands-on clinical nursing experience

Previous moderate sedation experience
