About the Role
We’re hiring Full‑Time Airport Guest Greeters at HNL Airport. This is a fun fast‑paced, customer‑facing role supports our shuttle team and welcomes guests with genuine Aloha spirit from the moment they land.
What You’ll Do
- Greet guests at baggage claim
- Assist with luggage and directions
- Coordinate with dispatch and drivers
- Escort guests to the shuttle pickup area
- Provide clear, friendly communication
- Follow airport and company procedures
What You Need
- Strong customer‑service and communication skills
- Ability to stand/walk for long periods
- Ability to assist or lift typical travel luggage
- Reliable, punctual, and professional
- Comfortable in a busy airport environment
- Smartphone required
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
Nice to Have
- Hospitality or airport experience
- Multilingual (Japanese, Korean, Mandarin, etc.)
