Define Hair and Skin is seeking its' newest team member! We have a current opening for a general salon support associate. This is an ongoing, regular position for 3-4 days per week, not a seasonal or summer position. Additionally, applicants please note our new stylist training program is full the 2026 year and will reopen in 2027.
The ideal Define candidate has:
* prior shampoo or general salon experience or a fast learner in a salon setting
* attention to detail a MUST and strong ability to handle a fast-paced salon environment
* excellent salon guest handling and communication skills
* a willingness to learn and work as part of a dynamic team
* reliability, dependability, and adhere to regular salon schedule (as stated above)
* a friendly, outgoing, yet professional personality & the ability to establish meaningful guest relationships
SALON SUPPORT ASSOCIATE ROLES
* provide general support to the Define artistic team
* work seamlessly with concierge team to ensure excellent guest interactions and salon flow
* excels at shampooing, color removal, scalp massage
* responsible for overall salon aesthetic & cleanliness, laundry, and other artistic team duties
* manage and upkeep salon supplies
