Overview
Looking for an enthusiastic, reliable and collaborative oriented person to join our bar team. Part or Full time available, moderate wine, liquor and classic cocktail knowledge preferable. Will consider applicants with less experience who are eager to learn and expand their skill sets and techniques.
Cross training is available, two consecutive days off guaranteed.
Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with standard recipes and customer preferences
- Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their overall experience
- Operate POS system Toast accurately and efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety and sanitation standards
- Handle cash transactions, perform cashiering duties, and balance registers at the end of shifts
- Monitor guest consumption responsibly, adhering to alcohol service regulations and policies
