The Assistant Manager is responsible for assisting in managing front-of-house staff, ensuring compliance with company policies, and maintaining high standards of service, quality, and safety. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, organizational skills, and a passion for hospitality.
Requirements:

Assist in supervising, coaching, and motivating front-of-house and back-of-house staff to ensure high performance and morale.

Schedule, coordinate, and assign activities to front-of-house staff.

Administer fair, prompt, and consistent corrective actions for policy violations.

Develop and mentor team members across all areas.

Supervise and motivate staff to achieve performance goals.

Ensure adherence to training programs and company guidelines.

Complete performance reviews in a timely manner.

Display passion for exceptional guest service and team engagement.

Ensure compliance with restaurant policies, procedures, and standards.

Monitor adherence to health, safety, fire, and labor regulations.

Maintain sanitation standards in accordance with health guidelines.

Oversee payroll accuracy and monitor profit & loss statements.

Execute opening, mid-shift, and closing procedures effectively.

Achieve company objectives in service, quality, and sales.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:

Minimum 2-5 years of high volume full service restaurant management experience.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Solid understanding of restaurant operations and guest service best practices.
