Job Description:
We are seeking a friendly, outgoing, and compassionate Marketing Specialist to join our team. This position focuses on community outreach and relationship building with seniors from diverse cultural backgrounds.
Key Responsibilities:
- Visit seniors, community centers, and partner organizations
- Build and maintain positive relationships within the community
- Promote company programs and services
- Communicate effectively with seniors and families from different cultural backgrounds
- Assist with marketing events and outreach activities
- Support enrollment and community engagement efforts
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Understanding and respect for different cultures and backgrounds
- Friendly, patient, and professional attitude
- Bilingual skills are a plus (English + Southeast Asian Languages Preferred)
- Previous marketing, outreach, healthcare, or senior service experience preferred
- Reliable transportation preferred
