Job Overview
We are seeking compassionate, energetic, and dedicated NON-MEDICAL PCA/Caregivers to provide essential support and assistance to individuals in private home care settings. Duties
- Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting to promote comfort and independence
- Prepare nutritious meals tailored to individual dietary needs.
- Maintain cleanliness of living spaces by performing light housekeeping tasks including cleaning, laundry, and organizing personal belongings
- Provide companionship and emotional support to reduce feelings of loneliness or isolation
- Follow care plans meticulously, including medication reminders and documentation of care activities in compliance with HIPAA regulations
Experience
- Prior experience working in assisted living facilities, nursing homes, group homes, or home & community care environments is highly desirable
- Knowledge of patient observation techniques and familiarity with dementia, Alzheimer’s, memory care, autism spectrum disorder (ASD), and developmental disabilities enhances effectiveness in this role
- Certification in First Aid and CPR is preferred;.
- Demonstrated ability to work compassionately with seniors or individuals with disabilities while adhering to safety protocols such as HIPAA regulations
- Strong communication skills for collaborating with team members and supporting residents’ social needs

Pay: $14.00 - $18.00 per hour
