Duties
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person
- Manage client communications with clarity and empathy, ensuring their needs are understood and addressed efficiently
- Utilize productivity software such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Spreadsheets) to document interactions, update records, and prepare reports
- Provide personalized, professional service while building trust and long-term client relationships
- Process new policies, changes, and renewals accurately
- Respond to client inquiries on coverage, billing, and claims
- Prepare quotes accurately and timely
- Identify additional coverage and product opportunities that benefit each client
Experience
- Proven experience in customer service within an office environment
- Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word processing, spreadsheets) and productivity software
- Strong computer literacy including technical proficiency with office equipment and software applications like QuickBooks
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage time efficiently
- Highly detailed oriented
- Effective communication
- Solid math skills
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of customer service experience
- Valid driver's license
- Strong communication skills
- Solid math skills
- WI Property and Casualty license (or the ability to obtain within 30 days - we reimburse after 12 months of employment)

Pay: $19.50 - $21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 per week
