Woodring Northwest is hiring a Sales Associate for our Pike Place Market stand. Work in the heart of the bustling market, talk to people from all over the world, and sell delicious products that people love!
Key Duties
- Greet customers with a welcoming attitude.
- Distribute samples actively to generate interest.
- Sell products by explaining features and benefits.
- Handle cash accurately during transactions.
- Ring in sales using the point-of-sale system.
- Clean the stand to maintain hygiene standards.
- Stock inventory to keep displays full.
- Organize products for an appealing visual presentation.
- Open/Close the stand by completing setup checklists.
- Execute other duties as needed to support the team.
Qualifications
- Retail background with strong sales and cashiering skills.
- Customer service excellence.
- Attention to detail in all tasks.
- Independent worker needing minimal supervision.
- Weekend availability is strictly required.
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods.
- Strength to lift up to 40 pounds.
This position can be full or part-time.
