Position Summary
O’Neil Distributing is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Retail Store Manager to ensure our beverage products are properly stocked, rotated, displayed, and presented in retail accounts. This role plays a key part in maintaining strong customer relationships and maximizing product visibility and sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Stock, rotate, and merchandise beverage products according to company standards
- Ensure proper product rotation and remove out-of-date or damaged product
- Build and maintain displays, end caps, and coolers as directed
- Maintain accurate inventory levels on shelves and in backstock
- Follow planograms and promotional directives
- Communicate out-of-stocks, display opportunities, and account needs to sales team
- Maintain clean, organized, and professional displays
- Represent O’Neil Distributing professionally in all retail locations
- Safely handle and transport product using carts, dollies, or hand trucks
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Ability to bend, kneel, squat, and stand for extended periods
- Ability to work in coolers and warehouse environments
Schedule
- Typical schedule: Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday
- Early mornings to meet delivery truck and get product on the shelf
- Part Time: 18 hrs per week
Qualifications
- Must live in Liberal
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record (if applicable)
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Strong attention to detail and organization skills
- Previous merchandising, retail, or beverage industry experience preferred (but not required)
