aSpear Consulting is expanding our Tampa team and is looking for motivated individuals who are ready to begin a rewarding professional career.
As a Coverage Solutions Associate, you'll help individuals and families better understand their Life and Health Coverage options while developing valuable communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills.
No previous experience is necessary—we'll provide the training, coaching, and support needed to help you succeed.
Responsibilities
- Meet with prospective and existing clients
- Educate clients on available Life and Health Coverage options
- Build lasting professional relationships
- Conduct follow-up consultations
- Guide clients through the enrollment process
- Maintain accurate client records
- Participate in ongoing coaching and professional development
Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills
- Positive attitude and professional demeanor
- Coachable mindset
- Goal-oriented work ethic
- Strong organizational skills
- Sales or customer service experience is a plus but not required
