Seeking Full-Time Seasonal Maintenance Team Member for Opportunity in Stable Industry
We’re a landscaping business based in Shawano, WI, working on residential and commercial landscaping projects like weekly lawn maintenance, landscape installs, and snow removal. We’re looking for someone who is reliable, hard-working, self motivated, shows up on time, and is okay with outdoor labor.
Position Overview:
- Operates a variety of mechanical equipment including, but not limited to, spin trimmers, edgers, blowers, mowers, skid steer, and tractor
- Provides exceptional customer service by answering questions, responding to client requests, and managing reasonable changes to the job plan, all while exceeding customer expectations
- Assists the Maintenance Team Leader in completing necessary paperwork (timesheets, work orders, change orders, job sheets)
- Helps, as necessary, with the snow removal during the winter months which may include using heavy equipment, snow blowers, or shovels

About Your Qualifications:
- One of more years of work experience in lawn maintenance (preferred, but not required)
- Holds a high school diploma or GED and is able to read and write
- Knowledge of general landscape maintenance practices
- Ability to work in various weather conditions and across uneven terrain for extended periods of time
- Strong attention to detail, especially in terms of safety protocols
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Talented in working cohesively as part of a team
- Current driver’s license with reliable transportation
- Capability to regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
- Ability to provide excellent references with respect to reliability and a strong work ethic
Job Type: Full-time Seasonal
Hours: Varies per season 40 plus hours per week; Monday – Friday 7:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m
