Job summary
The Saw Operator is responsible for cutting material according to work instructions and production needs.
This position supports daily manufacturing operations while following safety and quality standards.
Responsibilities.
- Operate and set-up cutting saws
- Measure parts using measuring tools
- Read and Follow work instructions
- Maintain material flow in the department
- Keep work area clean and organized
- Follow safety and quality procedures
- Complete required production paperwork and systems entries
- Support other shop duties as needed
Requirements.
- Basic Manufacturing Experience preferred
- Ability to use Measuring tools
- Ability to lift materials and stand for long periods of time
- Willing to learn and work in a team environment
- Attention to detail and safety
