Red Hook Tavern is looking for a great supporting back server.

Job Description:

Work closely with team of servers, bartenders, hosts, dishwashers, chef & cooks in a fast-paced service environment

Present a neat and professional appearance

Provide professional, friendly and engaging service

Ensure food orders are correct before delivering to guests

Ensure patio and dining setup is well stocked and clean
-
Clear and reset tables quickly and efficiently
-
Assist in patio setup & breakdown

Display enthusiasm and knowledge about the Tavern's menu and ingredients

Complete all opening and closing busser/runner side work and mise en place in a timely fashion
Requirements:

Ability to lift 40 pounds and walk/stand for 8 hours

Provide proof of Covid vaccination status
