We’re looking for a Warehouse Operations Associate to join our Nashville team and play a key behind-the-scenes role for some of the biggest tours, festivals, and events in the country.
About Us Road Radios, LLC is a premier provider of two-way, push-to-talk Motorola radio rental equipment for concert touring, music festivals, and corporate events. Our gear supports some of the world's largest productions, and our team thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment where accuracy and client service are key.
Position Overview We are looking for a Warehouse Operations Associate to join our Nashville team. This is a hands-on role where you’ll work directly with our equipment—checking, testing, prepping, and packing gear for shows and events. If you’re detail-oriented, dependable, and enjoy working in a dynamic environment, this could be a great fit.
What You’ll Do
- Inspect, test, clean, prep, label, and program radios, accessories, and cases
- Ensure accuracy and quality of all equipment prior to shipment
- Pack and prepare gear for tours, events, and rentals
- Create shipping labels and assist with incoming/outgoing shipments
- Load and unload trucks as needed
- Monitor and track warehouse inventory
- Provide technical support to clients (in-person, phone, or email)
- Occasionally travel to events to provide on-site technical support
- Other duties as assigned to support warehouse operations

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds on occasion
- Comfortable with physical activity (climbing, kneeling, crouching, etc., as needed)
- Basic computer skills, and comfortable working with an asset management system as well as Google Sheets.
- Previous warehouse, live events, or AV/tech support experience is a plus, but not required—training will be provided

Pay: $23.00 - $29.00 per hour
