Position Overview
As a Garage Door Technician, you’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality installations, repairs, and maintenance services. You’ll work both independently and as part of a team to solve problems, complete jobs efficiently, and provide an excellent customer experience.
What You’ll Do
- Install, service, and repair residential and commercial garage doors and openers
- Replace and adjust springs, cables, rollers, tracks, and hardware
- Diagnose and resolve mechanical and basic electrical issues
- Perform preventative maintenance and safety inspections
- Ensure all work is completed to company and industry standards
- Accurately document work performed and communicate with customers
- Maintain company vehicle, tools, and equipment
- Represent the company professionally on every job site
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in garage door service preferred—but we’re willing to train the right person
- Mechanical, electrical, or construction experience is a strong plus
- Strong work ethic and ability to work independently
- Solid problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable working with tools, ladders, and lifting 75+ lbs
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Good communication skills and a customer-first attitude

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $40.00 per hour
