RSR Electric is looking for a skilled and motivated HVAC Technician to join our growing Mechanical Division. In this role, you’ll install, maintain, and repair commercial and industrial HVAC systems — ensuring every project is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.

What You’ll Do
- Install, service, and repair HVAC systems including heating, ventilation, and air conditioning equipment.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals to execute accurate installations.
- Diagnose system issues and perform repairs or replacements as needed.
- Conduct preventative maintenance to keep systems performing at peak efficiency.
- Test and calibrate HVAC components to ensure optimal performance and energy efficiency.
- Troubleshoot complex issues and assist less experienced technicians with guidance and support.
- Ensure full compliance with OSHA and company safety standards.
- Complete service reports, maintenance logs, and other required documentation.
- Collaborate with project managers, foremen, and other field staff to meet project goals and timelines.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work area.
What You Bring
- 3+ years of commercial or industrial HVAC or plumbing experience.
- Solid understanding of HVAC systems, installation, and repair practices.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documentation.
- Commitment to jobsite safety and quality craftsmanship.
- Excellent communication skills and a professional attitude.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
