Gorilla Garage Gear is expanding our team and seeking a skilled professional who takes pride in their work and wants to grow with us. As a Construction Technician, you will play a crucial role in assisting with various construction projects. This is a physically demanding position that requires the ability to work in different weather conditions and perform manual labor tasks. - Full-time employment, 40 hours/week, year-round work with overtime available. This is NOT seasonal. You work when others don’t.

· Gorilla Garage Gear is a growing company, locally owned and operated in Blasdell NY. Our focus is on residential garages and industrial environments. We offer everything for a garage, from specialty flooring, custom cabinetry to garage doors and openers, wall panels and insulation. Gorilla Garage Gear is the areas ONLY certified installer of Gorilla Floor Coatings, and Gorilla Cabinets.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain tools, equipment, and clean, organized workspaces
- Interact professionally with clients on the job site
- Assist with the setup and cleanup of construction sites
- Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment
- Operate hand and power tools as directed
- Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized work area

Experience Ideal candidates should have the following qualifications;
- Multiple years of remodeling and construction experience with broad knowledge across multiple trades.
- Strong problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail and take Pride in their work.
- Reliable, punctual, and organized
- Valid Driver's License with zero restrictions.
- Follow established rules and procedures.
- Ensure projects stay on schedule and meet quality standards
