Position Details

Responsibilities
- Deliver compassionate nursing care to long-term care and rehabilitation residents
- Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders
- Monitor resident conditions and report changes appropriately
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members
- Follow infection control policies, safety standards, and facility procedures
Qualifications
- Active New York State Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
- Skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or long-term care experience preferred
- Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
- Reliable attendance and ability to work every other weekend
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Ability to successfully complete required background screening
