We are seeking a skilled and passionate Shift Lead to join our team at Momo's Coffeehouse!
As a Shift Lead , you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and preparing delicious coffee and other beverages. If you have a love for coffee, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and have excellent customer service skills, we would love to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, espresso, lattes, and teas
- Take customer orders and provide recommendations based on their preferences
- Operate coffee brewing equipment and maintain cleanliness and maintenance of machines
- Prepare food items such as sandwiches, pastries, and baked goods
- Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including restocking supplies as needed
- Lead and train team members
Qualifications
*Ability to do latte art required for this Lead role.
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
- Knowledge of food handling and preparation techniques
- Basic math skills for cash handling and order processing
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Morning Availability Preferred
