Hometown Apparel is a growing screen printing and embroidery shop, and we’re looking for a Screen Print Assistant to join our production team. This is a hands-on, learn-as-you-go role that’s perfect for someone who likes staying active, picking up new skills, and being part of a team that takes pride in doing great work.
You don’t need prior screen printing experience — if you’re motivated, dependable, and eager to learn, we’ll teach you the rest. Experience is a plus, but it’s not required.
What You’ll Do
- Assist the screen printing department in a variety of day-to-day tasks
- Help run press and catch shirts as they come off
- Count, fold, and prep shirts for orders
- Learn to screen print and run jobs on your own over time
- Prep and reclaim screens
- Take on other tasks as directed by the screen print lead
What We’re Looking For
- Someone who enjoys learning new skills and being taught
- Motivated with a strong work ethic and initiative
- Comfortable being on your feet and active throughout the day
- Able to lift boxes up to 50 lbs occasionally
- A team player who’s reliable and ready to pitch in
Schedule, Pay & Benefits
- Full-time, Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
- Starting pay $15/hour, with pay based on experience
- Retirement plan available
