We are looking for a reliable, energetic, and customer-focused Vape Store Sales Associate to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Greet every customer with a friendly, professional attitude.
- Provide outstanding customer service and create a welcoming shopping experience.
- Recommend products and confidently upsell while helping customers find the right products for their needs.
- Process cash, credit card, and other electronic payments accurately.
- Maintain accurate cash drawer balances and reconcile sales at the end of each shift.
- Keep shelves fully stocked and monitor inventory to prevent products from running out.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and attractive store at all times.
- Follow all company policies and applicable laws regarding the sale of vape and tobacco products.
- Assist with receiving merchandise, organizing inventory, and restocking displays.
Qualifications
- Previous retail, cashier, or vape/smoke shop experience is preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Comfortable recommending products and increasing sales through professional customer interaction.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy when handling cash and preparing end-of-shift reports.
- Honest, dependable, and punctual.
- Able to work independently and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
- Basic computer and point-of-sale (POS) system skills.
Schedule
- Evening shift.
- Availability on weekdays and weekends is preferred.
- Flexible scheduling may be available.
