The Club & Luciano Barbera Club, a luxury retail boutique in downtown Carmel, is seeking organized, self-motivated, dependable and punctual person to join our office staff. Ideally, we are looking for someone with a wholesale or retail background. Experience with Lightspeed Point of Sale and Adobe Photoshop is a plus.
While typical day-to-day responsibilities will generally change depending on the season and current priorities, below is a list of responsibilities we are intending a successful applicant to take on. This may also change depending on individual strengths. This position has the potential to grow as well in addition to the tasks below.
Office
- Process outbound shipping for In-store and Ecom orders
- Assist in creating inventory in the Point of Sale and ECOM
- Receive new inventory
- Produce reorder lists for office & store supplies
- Mantain cleanliness of office workspace
ECOM
- Coordinating with sales staff & vendors to create descriptions for product pages
- Keep website inventory up to date
- Photograph merchandise as needed
Customer Database
- Coordinate with sales staff to maintain customer database & ensure accuracy
- Keep Mailchimp list up to date
Store
- Assist retail locations during peak times & special events by processing transactions and supporting the sales team
- Assist in periodic inventory checks
Misc.
- Projects as assigned by store ownership
- Processing, steaming and tagging merchandise
