Laurel Parc, a beautiful senior living community just north of the Beaverton/Hillsboro area seeks a Concierge to join the Administration team! This position will be responsible for answering phones, greeting residents and guests, maintaining the lobby areas, and taking care of any service or amenities the residents may require of them.
WEEKEND COVERAGE NEEDED!!
Schedule: Friday & Saturday 9am- 5pm
Pay: $19.00- $19.50
Shift: Part Time
Main Responsibilities:
Creates a pleasant first impression for guests upon their arrival to the front lobby.
Responds to resident, family and co-worker concerns in a timely manner.
Assists in maintaining the front office functions and ensures they are run in a smooth and organized manner
Language Requirement
All team members must have the basic ability to use computer/smart phone applications for training and company system purposes. Employees must also be able to comprehend written documents such as work orders, safety rules, instructions, policies, and procedures. Also required is the ability of employees to speak and communicate effectively with clients, coworkers and management.
