About the Role
Renaissance Restoration Services is a locally owned restoration company serving Moscow, TN and the surrounding region. We are looking for a motivated Field Service Technician to handle both water mitigation and demolition on residential and commercial job sites. If you’re a hard worker who takes pride in helping people recover from property damage, we want to hear from you. No experience? No problem — we will train the right person.
What You’ll Do
- Respond to water damage emergencies, including after-hours and on-call calls
- Perform water extraction, set up drying equipment (air movers, dehumidifiers), and monitor moisture levels
- Document job progress with moisture logs, photos, and daily reports
- Communicate with homeowners and insurance adjusters throughout the job
- Perform demolition of damaged drywall, flooring, ceilings, and cabinetry as needed
- Remove and dispose of debris and damaged materials per regulations
- Maintain a clean, safe job site and properly care for company equipment
What We’re Looking For
- Prior restoration, construction, or demolition experience preferred but not required
- IICRC WRT certification a plus — we will help you get certified
- Valid driver’s license and ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- Available for on-call rotation including nights and weekends
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical work in varying conditions
- Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player

Pay: $38,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
