Our client, a leading organization in the financial services industry, is seeking a Senior Business Process Analyst (Application Governance) FL NC to join their team. As a Senior Business Process Analyst (Application Governance) FL NC, you will be part of the Application Management department supporting application governance and lifecycle management initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, excellent collaboration abilities, and a proactive approach to process improvement, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: Charlotte, NC/Jacksonville, FL (Hybrid -3 days onsite per week)

What's the Job?
- Review and document current workflows and develop standardized process maps for application management activities.
- Evaluate existing processes to identify gaps, ensure clarity, and recommend scalability improvements.
- Define and document roles, responsibilities, and ownership across application governance functions.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to drive process adoption and explore automation opportunities.
- Analyze data from multiple systems to identify trends, provide insights, and support decision-making processes.
What's Needed?
- 7+ years of experience in process documentation, business process analysis, or technical writing.
- Proficiency in tools such as Excel, Power Query, Tableau, Visio, PowerPoint, SharePoint, or Confluence.
- Strong skills in creating clear, structured process documentation and workflow diagrams.
- Ability to manage and analyze data across multiple systems and spreadsheet-driven processes.
- Excellent collaboration skills to influence and work effectively with cross-functional stakeholders.
