$25–$35 per hour (including base pay, tips, incentives)
Guaranteed base pay ($15)

- $15/hr base + performance pay (up to $23/hr) + $9.14 avg tips
- Many stylists earn $35+/hr total
- Closed Sundays
- Closed on major holidays
