Duties
- Host engaging live streaming shows to promote products, demonstrate features, and entertain viewers
- Interact with viewers in real-time, answering questions and providing personalized product recommendations
- Conduct product demos that highlight key features and benefits to captivate the audience
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing viewer inquiries promptly and professionally
Requirements
- Prior experience in food service, sales, or customer service is highly desirable
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences confidently
- Bilingual abilities are a plus to connect with a broader range of viewers
- Experience in social media management or event marketing is preferred
- Demonstrated ability to perform product demos effectively and confidently in front of a camera
- Excellent public speaking skills with an energetic presence that draws viewers in
- Ability to collect and analyze data to inform marketing efforts and improve show performance
