Join Our Team as an Accounts Service Coordinator!
We’re looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Account Services Coordinator. In this role, you’ll be instrumental in delivering outstanding support to our customers and ensuring smooth coordination across our teams. Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a primary point of contact for customers, ensuring clear and consistent communication.
- Provide timely updates and collaborate closely with internal teams.
- Schedule service technicians, delivery drivers, and project managers efficiently.
- Coordinate project installations and deliveries with both customers and subcontractors.
- Maintain accurate internal records in alignment with company standards and software tools.
- Order replacement parts from manufacturers using designated external software.
- Monitor project timelines and follow up to ensure successful completion.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment, working closely with service techs, project managers, sales, and operations.
- Confidently use Outlook, Excel, Word, and various web-based platforms.
