Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and assist them with seating arrangements or inquiries.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems or manual methods.
- Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness.
- Ensure tables are clean, organized, and ready for new guests.
- Support team members during busy hours by helping with order delivery or clearing tables.
- Follow all health and safety guidelines to provide a safe environment for staff and guests.
- Respond politely to guest questions or concerns, aiming to resolve issues quickly and professionally.
Requirements
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is a plus but not mandatory; training will be provided.
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- A friendly, approachable attitude with a passion for delivering excellent service.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, or holidays.
- Basic knowledge of food safety standards is beneficial but not required; training will be offered.
