*Overview* We are seeking a dedicated Human Resources Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting the HR department by processing biweekly payroll responsibilities and implementing various HR programs and processes. *Duties* - Process biweekly payroll - Communicate effectively with employees regarding HR policies and procedures - Conduct employee orientations and assist with onboarding processes - Assist in HR projects such as policy updates, training initiatives, and employee engagement programs - Handle HR systems such as Paychex Flex for payroll and Employee Navigator for HRIS functions - Support in compliance with multistate employment laws including OSHA regulations - Facilitate change management processes within the organization *Qualifications* - Proven experience in payroll processing data collection and analysis within an HR setting - Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with employees at all levels - Familiarity with HR systems such as Paychex Flex and Employee Navigator is preferred - Knowledge of employee orientation processes and project management principles - Experience in change management initiatives within an organization
