Skyline Medical Equipment is looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Administrative Assistant / Front Desk Representative to join our expanding Durable Medical Equipment (DME) company. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys helping customers, staying organized, and working in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
Responsibilities
- Greet patients, providers, and visitors professionally
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls
- Perform accurate data entry into company software
- Scan, upload, and organize patient documentation
- Verify and update patient demographic information
- Assist with scheduling and administrative tasks
- Maintain patient confidentiality (HIPAA compliance)
- Support billing and office staff as needed
- Provide outstanding customer service both in person and over the phone
Qualifications
- Strong computer and typing skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Customer service or front desk experience preferred
- Administrative or medical office experience is a plus
- Ability to multitask in a busy office environment
- Professional appearance and communication skills
- Reliable transportation
- High School Diploma or GED required
