As an In-Home Sales Representative, you’ll meet with pre-qualified homeowners to provide customized bath remodeling solutions that match their vision and budget. This outside sales role combines relationship-building, technology, and design to create an engaging customer experience from consultation to close.

Expected earning potential: $150,000 – $250,000+ annually

Conduct professional in-home presentations using our proprietary iPad-based sales system

Build customized bath designs using user-friendly software tools

Educate homeowners on product options, features, and pricing

Deliver accurate quotes and close sales consistently

Attend weekly sales meetings and ongoing training sessions to sharpen sales skills

Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process

Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills

Previous in-home sales experience preferred

Home remodeling or construction industry experience is a plus
