Responsibilities:
The Marketing & Communications Specialist plays a key role in the execution and organization of all internal and external marketing campaigns, ensuring consistency, creativity, and effectiveness to further the strategic goals of the business.

This multi-faceted role provides the opportunity to use a diverse skillset, with two main functions:

Communications:
-
Support external marketing initiatives by developing and executing social media and public relations campaigns.

Support internal marketing initiatives by developing impactful and engaging communications and assisting with internal events and meetings.

Measure and report performance of all marketing and communications efforts and recommend strategic adjustments.

Project management:
-
Serve as the liaison for all incoming marketing requests, managing from project intake through to completion.

Set project scope and timeline, assign roles, and build workflows.
- Serve as the producer for creative projects executed by internal brand team and third-party vendors.

Collaborate closely with marketing team members, executives, and stakeholders to create compelling content for a variety of platforms in both communications and project management capacities—including executive communications, presentations, social media, email, newsletters, ads, press releases, and various branding collateral.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 3+ years of professional experience at an integrated marketing/public relations agency or internal marketing/communications team environment

B2B marketing experience preferred

PR and communications background preferred

Education: Bachelor’s Degree required.

Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and social media platforms.

AEC industry or developer experience is a plus.

Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite and Google Analytics a plus.

Exceptional writing, editing, and content creation skills with the ability to write in a professional, persuasive tone and tailor content for different audience segments and platforms.

Outstanding attention to detail and organizational and project management skills, ensuring clear and timely communication to consistently achieve objectives and produce the highest quality product.

Client service mindset with strong collaboration and interpersonal skills to interact effectively in a cross-functional, multi-stakeholder environment.

Adept at multi-tasking and working well under pressure in a fast-paced environment, effectively managing multiple projects and priorities.

Proactive self-starter with a proven ability to take initiative and bring creativity, enthusiasm, and creative ideas to a team environment.

Salary Range Information:
Boston Base Salary Range: $63,000 - $83,000 The range stated is specific to Boston. Placement within the listed range depends on many factors including, but not limited to years of experience, project size capability (for Construction & Field roles) and internal company equity.
