Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the bakery department.
- Lead, train, and schedule bakery associates.
- Ensure high-quality products are baked, displayed, and stocked.
- Maintain food safety, sanitation, and company standards.
- Manage inventory, ordering, and product rotation.
- Monitor sales, control shrink, and achieve department goals.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve customer concerns professionally.
Qualifications:
- Previous bakery management experience preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment.
