Job Title: Project Manager – Liquid Pools and Outdoors
Position Overview:
Liquid Pools and Outdoors is seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Manager to oversee pool construction and renovation projects. This role ensures that all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee pool construction, renovation, and repair projects from start to finish.
- Develop detailed project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
- Liaise with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution and client satisfaction.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Identify and resolve issues or delays promptly and professionally.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including progress reports, change orders, and final deliverables.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in project management, in construction or pool services.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong leadership and communication abilities.
- Proficiency in project management software and scheduling tools.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to job sites.
Preferred Skills:
- PMP or equivalent project management certification.
- Experience with CRM or field service management software.
- Knowledge of local building codes and pool safety regulations.
Working Conditions:
- Combination of office work and field visits.
- May require occasional evening or weekend work depending on project timelines.
- Ability to manage multiple projects at one time
- Out of town travel may be needed
Pay: From $60,000.00 per year
