We're a locally owned, investor backed roofing and construction company launching in Fort Smith, and we're looking for driven, entrepreneurial people to run their own territory as independent contractors.
This is a 1099 commission-only role, with earnings realistically ranging from $50,000 to $150,000 a year depending on effort and results, and includes a mix of self-generated leads and leads provided by the company.
You'll build relationships with homeowners, real estate agents, and insurance agents across Fort Smith and surronding areas.
We're looking for someone self-motivated, comfortable talking to people face to face, coachable, and hungry to build something of their own, with our training and support behind you. No roofing experience required, just grit and a willingness to learn.
