Overview
Club Opener/Closer and General Staffing: We’re looking for friendly, professional candidates to join our team to open the club daily as well as daytime and evening candidates! As the first point of contact for our members and guests, you’ll play a key role in creating a welcoming environment. This position combines customer service, administrative tasks, and light hospitality duties such as preparing protein shakes, washing towel and maintaining cleanliness throughout the facility.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests with a positive attitude
- Answer phone calls and direct inquiries appropriately
- Perform administrative tasks (filing, photocopying, proofreading)
- Use computer systems to manage reservations and member information
- Prepare protein shakes and follow cleaning protocols at the shake bar
- Assist members with wellness-related needs
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk and gym area
- Sanitize gym equipment regularly
- Help members with equipment questions and general support
Qualifications
- Reliable and punctual Team player with a positive and professional demeanor
- 1 yr minimum experience in a front desk or customer service role required
- Comfortable using computer systems and office software
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Familiarity with phone systems and office equipment
- Receptionist experience is a plus
- Interest in fitness or wellness is a bonus (not required)
