We’re looking for a Driver Recruiter in Warren, MI to join a growing transportation organization and play a critical role in recruiting CDL drivers, dock workers, and support personnel across the network. No prior recruiting experience is required—we’ll train the right person. You’ll work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment where your effort directly impacts hiring results and earning potential.

What You’ll Be Doing
-
Manage full-cycle recruiting for CDL drivers, dock workers, and support positions
-
Source candidates through job boards, recruiting databases, and outbound calls
-
Conduct applicant screening and phone interviews
-
Make approximately 30–50 outbound calls and handle 15–20 inbound calls daily

Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline

Follow up consistently with candidates throughout the hiring process

Track candidate activity and recruiting progress in ATS and HR systems

Coordinate with hiring managers to support staffing needs

Meet and exceed recruiting activity, hiring, and performance goals

Maintain accurate candidate records and ensure timely communication
What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business, Human Resources, Logistics, Communications, or a related field

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Comfortable making a high volume of phone calls every day

Organized, detail-oriented, and highly self-motivated

Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office and computer-based systems

Strong follow-up skills and professional communication

Competitive, goal-oriented mindset

Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment
Even Better If You Have

Recruiting, staffing, sales, customer service, or call-center experience

Experience recruiting drivers or transportation employees

Familiarity with Workday, Indeed, or Tenstreet

Experience working with an ATS or applicant tracking system

Previous experience in logistics or transportation
