We are building a culture focused on accountability, teamwork, and compassionate service—and we’re seeking a Certified Dietary Manager to help lead that transformation.
What You’ll Do
- Oversee daily dietary operations and lead the food service team
- Plan menus that meet nutritional guidelines, resident preferences, and regulatory standards
- Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and healthcare regulations
- Manage food purchasing, inventory, and budget controls
- Coordinate specialized diets and collaborate with clinical staff on resident nutrition needs
- Maintain documentation and ensure survey readiness at all times
- Promote a positive, service-focused dining experience for residents
What You Bring
- Certified Dietary Manager credential (required)
- Experience in skilled nursing, assisted living, or healthcare dietary operations
- Strong knowledge of nutrition, therapeutic diets, and food safety standards
- Leadership experience supervising dietary or food service teams
- Strong organizational, budgeting, and inventory management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, regulated healthcare environment
