The Associate Director of the Undergraduate Advising Center (UAC), within the Division of Enrollment Management and Marketing, supports the Senior Director of Advising in overseeing freshman and sophomore enrollment, advising quality, and student progression. This role provides leadership and supervision of academic advising staff, ensuring accurate schedule development, degree plan interpretation, and effective enrollment practices.
The Associate Director leads outreach and engagement efforts to support student retention and promotes timely academic progression toward graduation. The position utilizes data-informed, solutions-oriented decision-making to enhance advising practices and enrollment initiatives.
This role collaborates with campus partners, including Admissions, Registrar, academic departments, and student support services, to streamline processes, improve student outcomes, and strengthen institutional enrollment efforts.
