As a Landscape Enhancement Supervisor, you will play a key role in leading teams to create and maintain beautiful, healthy outdoor spaces for our clients. Supervise daily landscape enhancement activities, including planting, pruning, fertilizing, and mulching to ensure vibrant and healthy landscapes.

Oversee installation, repair, and maintenance of irrigation systems to promote efficient watering practices.

Lead landscape projects from planning through execution, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.

Manage team schedules, assign tasks, and monitor performance to maintain high standards of quality and safety.

Conduct site inspections to assess landscape health, identify issues such as pests or disease, and implement effective solutions.

Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and provide expert recommendations on plant selection, landscape design, and maintenance plans.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies across all project sites.

Experience in landscape maintenance, landscaping, or related fields; supervisory experience preferred.

Strong knowledge of lawn care techniques, horticulture practices, tree care, irrigation systems, and gardening principles.

Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.

Hands-on experience with construction activities related to landscape enhancement projects; proficiency with skid steer and mini-excavator required.

Excellent communication skills for client interaction and team coordination.

Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting heavy materials, operating landscaping equipment, and working outdoors in various weather conditions.
