What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities):
- Customer Engagement: Greet customers warmly, listen to their needs, and provide expert product recommendations to drive sales.
- Store Presentation: Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor by restocking shelves and setting up displays.
- Point of Sale (POS): Efficiently process customer transactions, handle cash/cards, and manage returns or exchanges.
- Product Knowledge: Stay up to date on our latest inventory, sales promotions, and store policies to answer customer questions confidently.
- Teamwork: Collaborate with team members to hit daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
What We’re Looking For (Requirements):
- Experience: Previous experience in retail sales, customer service, or hospitality is preferred, but a great attitude and willingness to learn are what matter most!
- Skills: Energetic, outgoing, and confident in striking up conversations.
- Availability: Flexibility to work a retail schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holiday shifts.
- Physical: Ability to stand and move about the sales floor for extended periods and lift up to [e.g., 25 lbs].
