Position: Treasury Finance Manager

Summary
The Manager, Finance role serves as a key strategic partner across the supply chain overseeing financial reporting and analytics. The position will help drive consistency and accountability for all reporting, forecasting and budget management across supply chain finance.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide insights and recommendations for optimizing supply chain spend across all areas. Key stakeholders will be Supply Chain Finance and MSNA FP&A teams.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances and opportunities for improvement. Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data across reporting platforms and systems.
- Oversee and manage the financial planning processes for supply chain finance including leading the AEP and IVCP processes for Supply Chain Finance.
- Lead executive level financial reporting, providing insights and support for operational decision making.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting or related field;
- At least 6 years of experience in Finance or Accounting, with a minimum of 3 years in a business partnership finance role

Experience in CPG is advantageous, otherwise strong learning agility is critical

Strong understanding and experience of financial planning, analysis, and financial operations

Strong analytical and communication skills and be detail-oriented
