- Lead and support the nursing team in delivering high-quality cardiovascular patient care in a fast-paced clinical environment.
- Oversee daily nursing operations, staffing coordination, workflow efficiency, and patient care processes.
- Collaborate closely with physicians, clinical staff, and leadership to ensure excellent patient outcomes and operational success.
- Ensure compliance with clinical standards, documentation requirements, HIPAA regulations, and quality initiatives.
- Serve as a mentor and resource for nursing staff while promoting professionalism, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
- Provide compassionate, patient-centered care while supporting positive patient experiences and outcomes.
- Foster a collaborative and accountable team culture that supports efficient clinic operations and exceptional care delivery.
- Lead by example through effective communication, clinical excellence, and adherence to best practices.
- Support quality improvement and Lean initiatives to enhance workflow, patient satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
- Help develop and mentor nursing staff through coaching, education, onboarding, and ongoing professional support.
- Current, unencumbered Louisiana LPN or RN license.
- Strong clinical skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced cardiovascular or specialty clinic environment.
- Leadership abilities with experience supervising, mentoring, or guiding team members.
- Excellent communication, organization, and critical thinking skills.
- Commitment to accurate documentation, patient advocacy, teamwork, and high standards of care.
- BLS certification required; ACLS certification preferred.
- Experience with EMR systems and maintaining compliance with HIPAA and healthcare regulations.
