We are looking for dedicated and compassionate Customer Service Representatives to join our privately owned veterinary practice. In this role, you’ll play a vital part in delivering exceptional support to our clients, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism, empathy, and care.
The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of veterinary terminology and animal care, allowing them to confidently assist both pet owners and veterinary staff. Bilingual skills in Spanish or ASL are a plus and may qualify for additional incentives.
Hours needed are 7a-7p Weekends will be required
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of veterinary experience in a customer service role
- Knowledge of veterinary terminology and animal husbandry practices
- Strong communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and compassionately
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Positive attitude, reliability, and a genuine passion for helping people and their pets
- Strong team-oriented mindset
