We are seeking a full-time Carpenter to be responsible for all carpentry work, in addition to providing coverage of general maintenance work as necessary.
The job is in-person onsite at our Saratoga Campus in Saratoga Springs, NY
Job highlights:
- Proficient in carpentry skills, tiling, laminating, drywall, taping, roofing and basic plumbing skills.
- Standing, extensive walking, able to climb a ladder, work on roofs, maneuver and work in confined areas and able to lift 80 lbs.
- Knowledge of paints, stains, solvents, sheet rocking and taping.
- Adept in the use of all painting tools and equipment, drywall repair and patching.

Qualifications:
- Associate’s degree preferred
- Three year carpentry vocational training
- Mechanical, basic plumbing, and electrical skills
- On-call responsibilities during inclement weather, extensive walking, climbing ladders, maneuvering and working in confined areas
- Able to lift and carry 80 lbs
- A valid NYS driver’s license is required.
The schedule is 8am-4pm, Monday through Friday with occasional weekend and overnight coverage as needed.
The salary range is $55,000 - $58,000.
