As a Customer Solutions Representative, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, delivering personalized service while driving sales growth. You’ll play a key role in building long-term relationships, generating new business, and ensuring a seamless customer experience from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities of the Customer Solutions Representative:
- Meet with new and existing customers within assigned territories to present telecommunications products and services tailored to their needs
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through active listening and exceptional customer service
- Consistently meet or exceed individual and team sales goals
- Address customer questions and concerns professionally while providing customized solutions
- Collaborate with the sales team and fellow Customer Solutions Representatives to streamline the enrollment process and improve sales strategies
- Accurately track sales activity, customer interactions, and performance metrics
- Stay up to date on all products, services, and promotions to confidently recommend the best solutions
Qualifications for the Customer Solutions Representative:
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a related field is preferred
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to succeed
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Flexible schedule, including availability for evenings and Saturdays as needed
